During 2025 to-date, the Company raised some £624,000 of new capital from an investor group of high net worth individuals predominantly from the Nordic countries. This fundraising round completed in March of 2025 has placed the company on a secure financial footing for the foreseeable future and the Board believes will support a full commercial launch with Amelco and under our own white label partner network in the latter half of 2025.
The Company is now in a much stronger position to launch the game, upgrade functionality and service Amelco and other global partners with international footprints. The Board remains fully committed to an IPO for WINIT365 in due course and with the exciting developments available through our expanded marketing and technical partnerships we believe a start to this process is now achievable in this calendar year.
We have concluded an agreement with SCCG Management (“SCCG”) a US based gaming marketing company to test the legal ability to launch in up to 22 US states and to market the game to SCCG’s own partner and customer network. It is envisaged that this “legal counsel advice” will be concluded over the next few months and, subject to conclusion of appropriate contractual arrangements, will be followed by a commercial launch through SCCG and WINIT365’s own technical partner and white label enabler The Fedr8tion.
WINIT365 has been negotiating an engagement with SCCG Management, a Las Vegas Based advisory firm in the iGaming industry for the last few months. SCCG is led by Stephen Crystal a well know iGaming figure with over thirty years of experience who has been involved in over $3Bn of gaming related project finance and M&A transactions.
SCCG has over 120 global partners in the iGaming industry where it leverages its expertise in:
Garnering legal opinion in over 22 US states that currently categorize games of skill as non-Gambling and Gaming.
Post legal opinion there will be a launch phase through SCCGs partners into those States where legal opinion allows Mahjong to be played on a peer-to-peer basis.
There will be an immediate reach out to SCCGs existing partners who hold both US and Global gaming licences to partner with WINIT365 on a revenue share basis as per our existing agreement with Amelco.
The Fedr8tion is to take full control of the game’s software hosting, development and integration to all non Amelco partners and sites. This relationship will give WINIT365 the ability to negotiate and market the game to territories and partners that are not included in our historical Amelco agreement.
The Fedr8tion is a peer-to-peer eGaming platform using its own IP to host, develop and market to its end users. There are players from over 20 Countries playing games such as Fifa23, RocketLeague, Call of Duty and Valorant. The platform has a free and pay-to-play facility using a multicurrency proprietary token called the R8 for cash on and off ramps. The Mahjong game will be added to the existing peer to peer games available.
Under the terms of the partnership the Fedr8tion will take full responsibility for the WINIT365 technology stack.
