Result of AGM

The annual general meeting of the members of the Company was held today, Wednesday June 11 2025 at 1000 hrs (GMT) at 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG, England.

At the meeting, Ordinary Resolutions 1,2,3 and 4 and Special Resolution 5 were duly passed.
